The workshop enables a basic skills training for aspiring surgeons. The course participants train the sensorimotor abilities, basic laparoscopic techniques and perfect their laparoscopic suturing techniques on Lübeck toolboxes and on a lap sim trainer.
At this workshop, the basics of inguinal hernia are theoretically explained to the participants in lectures and shown on the next day in live operations.
